I am a property owner and this is my first time contracting a property management company. I chose Rize Property Management after I was referred to them by someone who works for another property management company. I am currently working with Jon, who is assisting me with getting my property ready to be leased. From what I can see from my experience as a realtor, RPM has a good business model. I have a few friends that are also looking for a solid property management company and they are waiting to see what my experience is like with RPM. So far, I can say that I am content with their response rate and I do not see why things would not go smoothly from here. More to follow.
