Brock and his team started managing a property of mine in May of 2019. The on boarding was very easy. They have coordinated several rehab projects including chimney repair, vinyl Siding, unit rehab and foundation repair. All projects were hired out with their coordinated efforts at very reasonable prices. Brock and his team made it possible to do. Tom Helin was assigned as the care manager of my property around January of 2020 and only brought the service to the next level.
