Leasing Guarantee
We guarantee the tenants that we place for 12 months. If for any reason the tenant defaults in the first year we will release the unit at no additional leasing fee to the Owner. We certify that you will NEVER have to pay two leasing fees in the same 12-month period.
Hassle Free Management
We want to earn and keep your business each day. At any time if you are not satisfied with our services you can cancel your management agreement with 30 days written notice. All we ask you first tell us why you are not happy and give us a chance to make things right.
We Do Everything for You
We'll collect rent, handle maintenance request, pick great tenants and more. We make sure your property stays in great shape and collecting money, without you having to do anything.
