We are an out of state property owner, so finding a trustworthy property manager that could handle all of our needs and manage all aspects of the property was very important for us. Jamie and the rest of the KRS team did a great job getting our property ready to rent, pricing and presenting the property to tenants, finding good tenants faster than expected and assisting us in completing some maintenance projects.
