PMI (John in particular) has managed several of our properties for several years now and we are very happy with the service and experience. About the best thing I can say about any property manager is this: I get to largely ignore the process, knowing that the property is looked-after, the books are clean, repairs are made in the smartest way possible (not just throwing my money at it) and tenant turnover is smooth. John handles those details so my properties can generate income and I can focus on other things.
