We hired APG in 2012 when we had to move out of state but wanted to keep our condo in Irvine as a rental in case we decided to move back. Phil helped us tremendously when we were aleady stressed about moving. He was able to find quality tenant and have them move into the condo fairly quickly. We kept the property for 6 years and APG as our property manager this entire time. They communicated very well with us if any issues came up and when tenants moved in or out. When we decided to sell the property this year, we didn't hesitate to use Phil and Shane as our real estate agents. They gave us comps when we decided to list the property, handled the open house, brought us some amazing offers, and handled all the paperwork while we remained out of state.
