I've been with PPM for 6 years. I've never had any problems receiving rent. Of course no one likes repairs, however it is part of property management, they've done a couple small repairs just fine. The bottom line is you can trust them with your assets, and your rents. I have been a property accountant for 15 years, and I trust them to manage my asset.

After a few years off and on looking for a property management company, I literally stumbled upon Progressive. During my search for the right company, I had read about and learned from experience, several questions that I had that were of importance to me. I reached out to Progressive by email and received an immediate reply from Amber Gomez. When I read the reply, I #1 Couldn't believe the responses were almost exactly what was hoping to hear #2 Realized Amber and I would communicate in just the right way #3 I needed to meet with Amber to verify everything I was thinking was true. Amber and I met in a vacant rental home that was finishing a remodel. We spoke for about 45 minutes and I knew this was the company I had been looking for, for the past 18 months. To make things even better, Amber was going to be my representative. I couldn't believe my luck. When choosing a property management company, its not only about fees and costs (Progressive fees are pretty near the lowest anywhere) but I need communication . Fortunately, Progressive also knows how important communication is and they pride themselves on responding quickly to any issue or question raised. I feel VERY lucky to have found Progressive Property Management and Amber Gomez. Together, we make a great team!
