I've been with PPM for 6 years. I've never had any problems receiving rent. Of course no one likes repairs, however it is part of property management, they've done a couple small repairs just fine. The bottom line is you can trust them with your assets, and your rents. I have been a property accountant for 15 years, and I trust them to manage my asset.
