Chris and Yonatan are very proactive and they think like a property owner rather than just a manager. I had a situation about a property line in question. Before I could respond to the email they had already pulled up the city plot map and sent it to me along with a few scenarios on how to remedy the situation. Amazing response times to get back to me with info I have requested and often times goes above and beyond with useful info or suggestions. Having service like this makes me want to buy more properties in Oklahoma. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a rock solid management company.

Yoni manages 2 units for me and I am very pleased with his professionalism and follow through. He and the KeyRenter team do what they say they will do. Yoni pays attention to details, for example: he did a walk through on a new unit and found two items that the property inspector had missed. KeyRenter gets me very good pricing for repair work, e.g. gutters, and for the fridges - no markups/margin added. I appreciate all those things. I wouldn't accuse KeyRenter of over communication, which is fine with me because I'm busy - just putting that out there FYI in case you want frequent chats. KeyRenter is quite automated with a portal, invoices and statements all electronic, and I like that because I can get information on my own schedule.

I started in the rental property world self managing, then hired a one-man-show property manager who was always hard to get a hold of, always late sending me the rents, always “busy” with who knows what and was just generally untrustworthy in almost every way. I switched to Keyrenter a few years ago and not only did they do a much better job with the properties I switched over, they gave me the confidence to actually buy more - knowing that it would be as easy as it was supposed to be. I give them the keys, they market it, interview, complete the leases and handle as much of the process as I want them to. They have a portal that lets me see the status of all of the payments in and out. They actually email and call instead of call-only, which inevitably just meant voicemail-tag. For me, that’s extremely important. I have my own small business to run, and couldn’t handle juggling it while also trying to grow my rental portfolio. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, THEY COMMUNICATE and it got immediately addressed or resolved. After my last experience with a property manager, I was shocked.
