Russ (owner) and Paige (my account manager) are very detail-oriented, responsive and personable. During the initial property assessment, Russ went over the leasing process, analytical data for rent estimation and roles and responsibilities of APMS. The information was very helpful for a first time landlord like myself and Russ did a great job answering all my questions/concerns. My wife and I were able to put our anxiety aside and believed we were in good hands with APMS. And we were right about it!
