I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on Real Property Management, who I selected to manage my rental property. First, my first interaction with RPM was with Grace who was on top of everything at the first meeting we had. We had the meeting at my property and she explained the process, provided realistic comparables, and helped to ensure everything was geared to getting my property market-ready. I had previously solicited other property management companies and never received anywhere near the service Grace provided. I ended up signing with RPM at that meeting and never looked back. Patty, my assigned property manager is awesome. Her level of professionalism and ownership of my property shows me that she treat my property like it’s her own. Cindy’s ad was written to invite curiosity and excitement about the property, and we were able to find well qualified tenants in a reasonable quick time. The website, accounting statements and maintenance tools are very simple and easy to use and Aaron, the maintenance manager, is very responsive and on top of everything! The entire RPM team has been great, very knowledgeable, available and responsive. I HATE getting the run around so working with RPM has made things very frictionless. I highly recommend RPM to anyone looking for excellent property management.
