The leasing process with Josh was smooth and efficient from 3D tour to arranging every showing to lease negotiation. I was able to get a rent higher than my pre-covid expectation during the thick of the pandemic. Roz has been so responsive and helpful in day-to-day management and communications between me and the tenants.
