Excellent experience. Brent Holmes was recommended to us by one of his property management clients. We had a rental property that was recently vacated and couldn't decide if we wanted a property management company to oversee the property or to sell the home Brent was ready to represent the property as a rental or as a sell, he came out to evaluate the property right away and provided us with a market analysis report with photos as a rental or as a sell. We decided to sell and he represented us as the selling agent too!. Brent was in constant contact with us and updated us with weekly reports on what was happening with the open house, offers, escrow and closing.
