We guarantee the tenants that we place for 12 months. If for any reason the tenant defaults in the first year we will release the unit at no additional leasing fee to the Owner. We certify that you will NEVER have to pay two leasing fees in the same 12-month period.

We want to earn and keep your business each day. At any time if you are not satisfied with our services you can cancel your management agreement with 30 days written notice. All we ask you first tell us why you are not happy and give us a chance to make things right.
Eviction Guarantee
We are so confident in our tenant screening process, that we will cover the eviction expense for the first year for any new tenant we place and manage.
Pet Guarantee
