Working with Grace from RPM Property was a great experience. Our rental home in Westchester is a traditional home 70 years old and had a lot of deferred maintenance. It was overwhelming for me to try to think of all that needed to be done. When I met with Grace for the first time she had so much information and people that could do repairs she immediately set me at ease. She made a list of everything that needed to be done, then went to work with Jose, to set up professionals to come in and get everything done from painting, roofing, refinishing wood floors, even pocket doors fixed, new countertops.
