I've been with PPM for 6 years. I've never had any problems receiving rent. Of course no one likes repairs, however it is part of property management, they've done a couple small repairs just fine. We have been using PPM to manage our apartment building for several years. The first couple of years were a bit rough due to deferred maintenance. The previous property management mostly just collected rent and performed minimal property upkeep, so when serious plumbing issues arose, it required substantial investment. PPM was able to obtain quotes, coordinate schedules, and even temporarily rehouse tenants. The improvements have allowed the units to be leased at near market rates and have helped increase the value of the property. They are a professional operation and provide high level service to owners.
