My experience was not as a tenant but as the owner of rental property. The company has lots of options to assist the owner and remains in constant communication when necessary or will operate on your behalf if directed. The staff is extremely helpful with all your concerns, just to acknowledge a few Radiance Cooper in owner relations- very client oriented; Dori Burger, Dir. of Financial Operation- excellent response time on complicated matter and Carl Russell, Agent for KRS Holdings- very compassionate about the organization and I can't forget Jamie Bright that found me tenants in less that 7 days for my rental property and the President and CEO Mr. Kyle Stephenson. They are there when you need them- give them a call!
