I am currently the president of our HOA taking over after our current president negated bills and repair work. Having never been involved in an HOA before I found Craig through a trusted referral source and could not be happier. He took so much of the burden from me in terms of securing information and documents from the previous HOA manager, paying overdue bills and also collecting past homeowners dues. We are also working on a portal and website and getting the repairs and landscaping done. Craig has been in constant contact with me updating me on all the progress including when things were stalled but he was working on resolving it. Looking forward to many years of working together!!
