Now that I have BRAD ALAN with PMI Riverside managing my property. I've saved time and money. Brad is hands on and he's straight forward. He goes out of his way to make sure and take care of the Tenants. Anything he can take care of himself he does it at no extra charge. He's hooked me up and saved me drives out there and money by taking care of small issues by going out to the property instead of just sending a handyman like other companies I have dealt with.
